At the beginning of March, I went on a cruise in the Galapagos. It was an interesting place to visit, and I took advantage of the unique wildlife to take a few photos. Well, more than a few photos; I took 5700 photos. Here are my favorite 30:

Amazing pictures. What camera/lenses do you use?
Thank you! I took a Canon 5D Mark II and 5D Mark III on the trip. The lenses I took were 16-35mm f2.8, 24-105mm f4, 70-200mm f2.8 IS, 2x teleconverter, and a 400mm f2.8 that I rented for the trip (that lens was fun to carry around). Some of my favorite photos were from the 400mm lens, but you can often get close enough to the animals in the Galapagos that a 200mm telephoto lens is good enough.
